Billie Faiers and Greg Shepherd open up on major INJURY that took place at their wedding — EXCLUSIVE

Billie Faiers and Greg Shepherd have revealed a major injury that happened at their wedding that nobody previously knew about.

Former The Only Way Is Essex star Billie married her The Mummy Diaries co-star in an idyllic ceremony in the Maldives in March.

While viewers of their hit ITVBe show saw the pair come up against struggles as they planned their day, they’ve now opened up on the incident that didn’t make the final edit.

Greg revealed that his best man was injured during a football match, leaving him needing assistance to walk.

Speaking in an online exclusive video of their OK! magazine photoshoot, Greg said: “We had a football game out there, it was me v Paul.

“You didn’t actually end up seeing it on the show, my best man got his leg injured and it was really bad, crutches and everything.”

He continued: “He was [able to make the wedding] but he had to turn up on a moped.”

Reiterating the seriousness of the injury, Billie repeated: “He was on crutches.”

Billie and Greg also opened up on married life at they posed up a storm with their two children, Nelly, who turns five next week, and Arthur, two.

The pair have finally had time to reflect on the incredible day, and spoke out about how different their lives have become over the past few years.

“On TOWIE I was always ‘Sam’s sister’ but now we’re popular in our own right, which does make me proud,” Billie said.

“For Samantha and I, the dream was always to have our own show. Don’t get me wrong, it comes with its ups and downs but it’s amazing to have achieved our dream and get paid for just being ourselves.

“People do compare us to the Kardashians, which is really flattering.”
