“The new guidelines… I really feel for these small businesses. I really do,” Gemma explained.
“We live in an area where there are so many small independent shops, bars, and restaurants.
“And we’ve clearly not been able to go to any of them.”
Gemma appeared exasperated as she captioned the post “Tired today”.
She went on: “I think letting people cue up to for McDonald’s and stuff but not your local florist who needs the help. Do you know what I mean?”
“It’s scary, scary times but we’ll get through it, won’t we. We’ll get through it because that’s what we do. So stay safe.”
Gemma added another caption as she assured her 1.6 million followers.
She penned: “Anyway, positive vibes and positive energy will get us through this!

Gemma, who shares one-year-old daughter Mia with her boyfriend Gorka Marquez, recently reached out to Sunday Brunch host Simon Rimmer.
The TV chef previously talked about the lack of trade at his German restaurant in Manchester last month after being placed in Tier 3.
Simon has 14 restaurants, many of which have had very little time to make money due to closures in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
At the time, he tweeted: “Being in @AlbertsSchloss 2 days before Xmas and no trade.
“This time last year we’d be packed already.”
Gemma replied: “We’ve had 3 reservations there and been forced to cancel them all. Gutted for you Si.
“As soon as it’s safe to be there we’re coming back!” to her own 276,000 fans.
