The TV presenter, 39, urged the ITV daytime show’s viewers to not suffer in silence as she discussed the prospect of England being plunged into a stricter lockdown.
Holly, who recently stunned in a white gown as she looked forward the launch on Dancing on Ice, discussed the latest headlines alongside her co-host Phillip Schofield as well as Matthew Wright and Julia Hartley-Brewer, who both appeared via video link.
As she discussed the prospect of support bubbles being scrapped in a bid to stunt spiralling coronavirus infection rates, she decided to emotionally address viewers on Monday 11 January.

Holly said: “Hearing news like this, be it rumour or tittle tattle or whether it be the truth of what we are facing later on.
“If you are struggling and if you've been ok and just about holding on up until now and this is the thing that tips you over the edge, the most important thing is don't suffer in silence.
“And you might not be able to see that person or get in that support bubble but you can ask for help, you can call someone.
“There are Samaritans, there's CALM, we've got lots of helplines on our app, do not think you are on your own.
“Because nothing, whatever you're going through, nothing is worth that.”
Viewers were quick to praise Holly, who recently made a sweet offer to a struggling single mum, on social media.
One wrote: “Holly talking sense! Please ask for help if you are feeling low mood. Life is still very worth living even with covid.”
Another added: “Well said Holly. You are never alone don't ever think that. There are people to talk to when you need it. Mental health as well as Covid should be at the forefront during this hard time.”
While a third echoed with: “Well said Holly.”

It comes after Holly admitted she was “just holding on” as she returned to This Morning after missing the first two shows of the year.
Upon her return alongside Phillip, 58, Holly addressed the ITV show’s viewers as she said: “Hello, good morning and welcome to your Wednesday morning, it's lovely to be back!
“How are you, I've missed you! Are you all okay? I think we are just about holding on. Still holding on! Happy new year!”
Holly’s absence was previously explained by her TV bestie Phil, who said she was facing “childcare issues”.
He said: “We'll also say good morning to Holly who is watching at home, as Badger.
“She's dealing with her childcare issues at the moment and she will be back tomorrow.”
