Louise Redknapp: Jamie Redknapp’s ex in cosy display with male friend to mark special day

Singer Louise Redknapp could be seen in a cosy display with a male friend in her latest Instagram pictures.

The popstar, who separated from her husband of 19 years Jamie Redknapp in 2017, took to the picture-sharing site to mark her pal Billy’s birthday.

Louise, who has been documenting her homelife on social media during lockdown, in view of her 701,000 followers, posted several pictures and a short video of her “bestie” online today.

In one of the snaps, the former Strictly Come Dancing star shared a hug with her best mate as they posed together for the camera.

The birthday boy, who had his arm around the songstress, was casually dressed in shorts and a T-shirt while the 45-year-old sported a white jumper and jeans.

Louise captioned one of the images: “My bestie @billyclark_.”

A short video posted a little while later showed the mum-of-two and her pal larking about on a night out in town.

“Love our friendship,” she sweetly wrote alongside the footage.

A fourth post marking the big day, read: “It’s @billyclark_ day. Happy Birthday babes.”

It showed the pair almost cheek-to-cheek in what appears to be a bar with a drink on a small table in front of them, presumably taken before lockdown.

According to his Instagram account, Billy works for Massive Management, the company that represents Louise in the music industry.

During lockdown, the singer, who shares two sons Charlie, 15, and Beau, 11, with her ex-husband, has been keeping herself busy by homeschooling her kids as well as keeping fit and doing a spot of DIY around the house.

This weekend, she spruced up her beautiful courtyard area with a touch of paint and jet washed the patio.

Louise, who recently launched her own fashion, beauty and lifestyle edit, has also been decorating the interior of her pad and posting pictures on her Lou Loves by Louise account.

She plans to launch her own blog this summer.
