Meghan Markle and Prince Harry share sweet snap of baby Archie on thank you card to fans

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have shared a sweet photo of two-month-old son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor to thank fans.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex sent thank you notes to their fans for their kind wishes following Archie’s birth in May.

The cute cards show the royal couple with their little boy during the official photocall where they introduced Archie to the world just days after his arrival.

The card reads: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex greatly appreciate you taking the time to write and celebrate the birth of Archie Mountbatten-Windsor.

"Their Royal Highnesses have been incredibly touched by all the warm wishes they have received during this especially joyful time in their lives.

"They send their best wishes and heartfelt thanks."

One fan of the couple shared the card on social media, writing: “Thank you postcard from TRH the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, thanking me for sending my good wishes on the birth of their son.”

Archie was born on 6 May, with his birth certificate revealing he was born at London’s Portland Hospital.

Meghan and Harry’s son was christened in a private ceremony at Windsor Castle last Sunday.

The Duke and Duchess revealed that they would be keeping the names of Archie’s godparents private.
