Tame Impala Drops New Track ‘Lost In Yesterday’

Tame Impala have shared “Lost in Yesterday,” the fourth new song from their upcoming album, The Slow Rush, due to be released on February 14 via Interscope/Fiction.

The song features sounds that were familiar in the ’70s and ’80s.

“Does it help to get lost in yesterday?/ And you might’ve missed something, don’t say,” Kevin Parker sings in chorus.

The band previously shared three other songs from the record: “Posthumous Forgiveness,” “Borderline,” and “It Might Be Time.”

It is not known whether the song “Patience,” released by the band last March, will be part of the upcoming album.

Tame Impala’s previous album was Currents in 2015.

Tame Impala are set to embark on a few tours in support of The Slow Rush. The band will also headline a show at Bonnaroo in June.
