Copy Stacey Solomon's budget-friendly Pickle Cottage as she hits Ikea with the kids to kick off the school holidays

STACEY Solomon has given fans a peek into her very budget-friendly decorating fans for her new baby’s bedroom.

The Loose Woman star, 30, is pregnant with her first daughter and is preparing for her arrival by decorating her very pink nursery.

And today Stacey, who is already a mum-of-three, headed to Ikea to nab some bargains for the new arrival’s nursery.

Posting a snap of her youngest, Rex in a trolley, she wrote: “Wahoo mum’s summer holidays have begun! I’ve missed you, you big yellow and blue house of joy.”

Stacey then posted videos of the endless fake flowers on display at the Ikea in Lakeside, known as ‘fejka’or ‘fake’ in Swedish.

Captioning her post, Stacey wrote: “They have the best flower displays. The Ikea is Lakeside it’s my favourite for the fejkas (sic).”

She later shared a video of a huge flower mural that decorated one of the studio spaces in the shop – admitting she had been inspired.

“Picked up a few things to make for the pink pickle’s room but after seeing this display I want to make a flower wall,” she admitted.

Stacey even asked her followers to vote on whether she should do it and 83 per cent of followers said she should.

It comes after the expectant mum transformed a grubby green room, into a beautiful pink bedroom for her first daughter's arrival – and it cost pennies to do.

Stacey announced earlier this month she was having a little girl with fiance Joe Swash.

Since then she has been busy nesting as they wait for the latest addition to their ever expanding family to arrive.

Taking to Instagram she shared a video of how the room looked before, with lime green walls.

In her usual style, she sped up the clip to reveal her hard at work painting the walls.

Whilst working away, Stacey revealed how the room cost next to nothing to do.

She then showed off the amazing finished room with it's pretty pink walls.

Meanwhile, this latest video comes as Stacey revealed today she will now be marrying Joe Swash in July 2022.

She had been due to get hitched at the end of this month, but the couple decided to postpone after she fell pregnant with their little girl.

This weekend Stacey was whisked away on a surprise hen do and was given a pair of fluffy white slippers, that say “I Do”.

Sharing a picture of them, the Loose Women panelist wrote: “Thank you girl for the loveliest, silliest, sunniest days ever. You are all so special to me.”

“I’ll be living in these slippers every day until next July I’m in love.”

Over the weekend Stacy was shocked when a huge party bus showed up at her house.

Her sister Jemma had been unable to change the dates of hen do after she cancelled her wedding, so they went ahead anyway.

Stacey and the gang boogied the night away in the vehicle, singing along to tunes such as Hear Say's Never Ever and sipping on pink gin and tonics before staying in a luxury cottage for the weekend.

Stacey and Joe, who first got together in 2016, are planning to say I Do in the back garden of their new home in Essex after getting permission.

Speaking about the decision to delay the big day, Stacey said: “We are going to move it back a bit, maybe not until next year but we both said we’d be a bit gutted to look back at pictures and all of our babies weren’t there.

“So for the sake of a few months we will do it when they are all here.”

The presenter and Joe had their first ch ild Rex in 2019.

Stacey is also mum to 12-year-old Zachary and Leighton, eight.

Joe and previous partner Emma Sophocleous share son Harry.
