Armie Hammer has dropped out of upcoming Broadway production “The Minutes” amid sexual misconduct allegations and an ongoing LAPD rape investigation.

“I have loved every single second of working on ‘The Minutes’ with the family I made from Steppenwolf. But right now I need to focus on myself and my health for the sake of my family. Consequently, I will not be returning to Broadway with the production,” the actor — who has vehemently denied all claims against him — said in a statement to Variety on Friday.

The production team on the show also released a statement, which reads, “Armie remains a valued colleague to all of us who have worked with him onstage and offstage on ‘The Minutes.’ We wish only the best for him and respect his decision.”

According to Variety, this was the last project he had in the works. The outlet previously reported that he’d dropped out of a Cold War thriller called “Billion Dollar Spy,” and an upcoming Starz series called “Gaslit.”

Last month, a woman named Effie accused the “Call Me by Your Name” star, 34, of “violently” raping her in 2017 and claimed he “mentally, emotionally and sexually” abused her during their four-year relationship.

The Los Angeles Police Department subsequently confirmed the investigation to Page Six. It’s unclear if Effie’s accusations prompted the investigation, but her lawyer, Gloria Allred, confirmed they turned over “evidence” to law enforcement.

“From day one, Mr. Hammer has maintained that all of his interactions with [Effie] — and every other sexual partner of his for that matter — have been completely consensual, discussed and agreed upon in advance, and mutually participatory,” his lawyer said in a statement following the news of the investigation.

Hammer’s ex Courtney Vucekovich previously claimed to Page Six that the actor said he wanted to “break my rib and barbecue and eat it.” She also accused him of emotional abuse.

Another ex, Paige Lorenze, claimed he used a knife to carve an “A” into her skin and left her with bruises.

Hammer has been holed up in the Cayman Islands, where his estranged wife and two children reside.

Chambers, who filed for divorce from the actor in July 2020, broke her silence in February, announcing she was “shocked, heartbroken, and devastated” by the scandal, adding that she didn’t realize how much she didn’t know.

“I support any victim of assault or abuse and urge anyone who has experienced this pain to seek the help she or he needs to heal,” she said.

Reps for Hammer did not immediately return our request for comment.
