Awful boss is bullying me by calling me fat and I can't speak up

DEAR DEIDRE: MY boss is bullying me. He makes awful personal comments about my appearance – calling me fat and giving me disapproving looks when I eat lunch.

I once asked him to stop but he got really angry. Now I’m scared speaking out will make things worse for me.
