Farmhouse comes with views of one of UK’s highest peaks on sale for £200,000

A farmhouse has just gone on the property market for £200,000.

The Grade II listed building sits on the edge of Snowdonia National Park with views of one of Britain's highest peaks.

It is surrounded by half an acre of land in Betws Garmon in South Wales.

For its price you can buy the home with a great location and tons of potential.

But there's just one thing, it'll need a lot of work done to it first.

The farmhouse is on Save Britain's "at risk" register which means it isn't in the best of shape.

Now it's on sale and the property is ready for a mega transformation.

Some of the original features buyers might want to keep are the flagstone kitchen floors and spacious lounge with an iron fireplace.

If you head upstairs you'll find three bedrooms as well as a bathroom and the outbuildings outside can be turned into extra space.

There's also more space on this property with 11.6 acres of land surrounding the farmhouse on sale for a guide price of £110,000.

This property is a glorious space for those who love history as the building dates back to around 1850.

Estate agents Dafydd Hardy described the property as a farmhouse which "enjoys the most beautiful setting".

The agents added: "It is surrounded by the stunning Snowdonia countryside."

In other property news, the UK's only coffin-shaped house was built after a petty daughter-daddy row.

It was built in 1736 – and was built by a bloke whose father-in-law said he would rather his daughter died than marry him.
