Stephanie, 27, transformed her home with endless balloons that we're sure gave Caben the biggest surprise when he came downstairs.

A huge Spiderman themed balloon arch featuring Caben’s name led through to a birthday sleepover den with a teepee each for him and his mum.

The makeshift Superhero themed den was completed with a popcorn machine and room for all his teddy bears.

“Everything is perfect! He’s going to be so overwhelmed,” Stephanie said in a video thanking the balloon company for their incredible display.

Caben’s dad, Stephanie's ex Jeremy McConnell, was not in attendance.

He previously addressed his complicated relationship with both Stephanie and his son as he told Mail Online: "Anyone that has half a brain cell needs to understand the reason I am not part of Caben's life is because not every situation can be fixed.

"I protect my son as much as I can. It's not neglecting, it's protecting. I'm a very loving father. This is better for Caben.

He added: "I can't speak about it much for legal reasons, but Steph is doing a great job. She’s doing really well and I know she’s a good mum."

Stephanie and Jeremy, who met on Celebrity Big Brother, reunited as a couple after Caben’s birth and briefly lived together in Liverpool as a family.

Jeremy has since welcomed a daughter named Storm with girlfriend Katie McCreath.
