Wolves lead Chelsea and Tottenham in race to sign Diego Costa on a free, according to the bookies
PREMIER LEAGUE clubs could come calling for Diego Costa who has asked to leave Atletico Madrid on a free transfer in January.
Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing the ex-Chelsea striker but they are way down the pecking order in the bookies' eyes.
Wolves are the leading Premier League club in Betfair's market with Nuno Espirito Santo in the market for a striker following Raul Jimenez's injury.
But Wolves are third favourites at 4/1 as they are trail a move to Brazil for Costa or a lucrative switch to China in the bookies' market.
A move to any Brazilian club is favourite to be his next destination at 7/4 or at a slighter larger price he's 7/2 to join any Chinese outfit.
Meanwhile a shock move to Chelsea, Manchester United or Tottenham are outside options at this stage according to Betfair.

Costa, 32, returned to Atleti in 2018 from Chelsea but has struggled since his move after suffering from injury problems.
The Spain international is one of the club's highest earners and it's believed Atletico Madrid are happy to let him leave in January, rather than wait until June when his contract expires.
Betfair Spokesperson, Sam Rosbottom said: “Recent reports have linked Diego Costa with a shock return to the Premier League.
"Looking at the betting markets, Wolves are 4/1 to sign him in the January window.
"But on the other hand he is just 7/4 to sign for any Brazilian team and 7/2 to sign for any Chinese club.”
