'90 Day Fiancé': Ash Naeck Was Going to Propose to Avery Warner in Australia

Ash Naeck and Avery Warner were supposed to film the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days “Tell-All” from the same location. But they broke up a few weeks prior to filming.

Why Ash and Avery broke up after ’90 Day Fiancé’

Just before the “Tell-All” aired, Ash said in an interview that he and Avery split because of her “trust issues with men.”

“Avery has a lot of trust issues and trust issues with men. We did break up on a situation where Avery felt trust was questioned. So on that basis, she decided to break up. Whether if it’s stupid or not, I think you guys will see it. I’ll leave that to the opinion of people,” he said on the Domenick Nati Show on June 1.

90 Day Fiancé fans learned during the “Tell-All” that, ultimately, Ash and Avery broke up because Ash had lied about participating in a diet that Avery wanted him to do with her. She couldn’t get over the breach of trust, saying Ash “lied straight to her face,” and ended their relationship.

Ash still loves Avery but it seems like Avery is ready to move on

As of June 1, Ash said he was still in love with Avery and doesn’t plan on moving on anytime soon.

“The reality is that I still love the girl. I still love her. So that’s not going to change so soon. We have departed but we have departed because of circumstances. And the reason of the departure is because, yeah, circumstances. Long-distance, the pressure of the show… I still love her,” he said.

Ash continued: “So for me to move on, it would take a while. It’s a lot of healing that needs to happen, personally. Everyone is different. Avery can move on very quickly or slowly, depending on the person. But, for me, personally, it would take a little while for me to even think of a relationship in the near future.”

During the “Tell-All,” Ash said he’d planned on proposing to Avery when she was in Australia, unbeknownst to her. The camera showed Ash looking at the ring he’d picked out for Avery in the box he was going to propose to her with.

Accountability is a word that is often overlooked and I am guilty as charged . My challenge was that I would usually rob the person of the chance to be accountable for their actions. . The way I used to do this was to quickly excuse their behaviour, so that they don’t feel bad about what they have done. . Funnily enough, it was an automatic response whereby I’ll go straight to the space of excusing the person without letting them acknowledge the impact for their hurtful or destructive behaviour. . This used to be my people pleasing mechanism, more so towards the people I love and care for. Handle and diffuse the situation without giving a chance for the person to own their own shit and take responsibility. . It’s time for boundaries. . . . . #healthyboundaries #responsibility #loveislove

When asked by the “Tell-All” host, Shaun Robinson, if she thought there was a chance of her and Ash getting back together, Avery said she didn’t know, they’d just broken up a few weeks ago.

At the end of the “Tell-All” when Avery was doing a talking head-style interview in her home, she said filming the episode had been “eye-opening.” “I was like, ‘Who are you?’” Avery said of her conversation with Ash. She said she was now looking forward to concentrating on just herself and her life moving forward.
