A PLACE in the Sun fan has poked fun about the show's predictable ending.

The programme helps house-hunters find their dream holiday home abroad in various sunny locations.

TikTok star Grace Long took to social media to point out a recurring theme about the property show.

The influencer filmed herself pretending to be a retired couple looking to buy a house.

In the short clip, Grace also took on the role as the host as she re-enacted the moment when the guests decide if they're going to make an offer or not.

The hilarious post sees the couple make a number of excuses why they can't put in an offer – including complaints about the size of the property. and the decision to carry on their research alone.
