Bradley Walsh accuses The Chase player of ‘cheating’ after huge victory

On Friday's episode of The Chase, both viewers at home and host Bradley Walsh were seriously impressed by the team.

Player four, Vicky, stormed ahead with £9,000 though would have taken £10,000 if it wasn't for one or two wrong answers.

Bradley was left speechless and soon accused Jane of cheating as he couldn't believe how well she'd done.

"Have you been cheating?" he asked her, before citing her background as a secondary school teacher.

He joked: "You know how it's been done," adding methods such as writing the answers on her hand.

Bradley soon sent Jane back on her way to her team, with a total of £24,000 to play for between three of them.

The three remaining players, also including Vicky and Michael, then tallied up a strong 21 steps as they prepared to take on Paul "The Sinnerman" Sinha.

He said: "They're more than a super team – an astounding team. As a betting man, that is a good team."

And it turns out he should have put some money on them beating him, as they secured the victory by a mile.

They managed to execute three of a possible six push-backs too, leaving Paul with no chance of catching up with them.

Paul told them: "That was a really good 21. I knew I was up against it. You deserved to win and you absolutely did, well played."

With each of them £8,000 better off, Bradley asked what they planned to do with their dosh.

Vicky said she wanted to "travel a bit more" and "take the kids away".

Michael wondered if he'd be able to move out and get his own place with his winnings.

While rock music lover Jane wanted to visit South America, perhaps to see a gig out there.

She told Bradley: "I like rock music. My favourite rock band is Kasabian and I've seen them eight times altogether."
