Michael Parr Body Transformation
Michael Parr played Ross Barton on the soap and he amazed his fans with a before-and-after photo of his topless body on social media to celebrate his 36th birthday.
Alongside the snap, he shared his secret for his physical transformation: "I quit the gym and now have just been working out with dumbbells at home and I feel better and stronger than ever. Good diet.
"Fasting. Cold showers and just everything in moderation. Thank you to everyone who has helped me this year. I love my life and I love everyone in it."
Parr explained that he had hurt his back in November, right before moving house and two days before a work trip to Morocco: "You can see in the 2nd pic that I was in pretty bad shape. My hips were all off line. Ciatic nerve was trapped and I damaged my C2&C3. I thought it was gonna hurt forever."
The first photo showed Parr in a back garden wearing nothing but black shorts, flaunting his muscular arms and toned abs.
The second photo shows Parr wearing boxer shorts and a face mask

Laura Norton Weight Loss Journey
Laura Norton, who played Kerry Wyatt, has been remarkably transparent about her remarkable weight loss journey.
Norton managed to shed a staggering three stone through a complete lifestyle overhaul and has been a source of inspiration for her fans ever since.
The actress, who joined the Emmerdale cast in 2012, recently opened up about the secret to her success, revealing that she managed to lose more than 19kg with just one small change to her diet.
Norton, who used to drink four litres of Coca Cola a day, decided to cut the popular fizzy drink from her diet as part of her weight loss journey.
The decision paid off as she managed to lose an impressive amount of weight, which she has kept off to this day.
In an interview with The Mirror back in 2018, Norton said: "It was about three years ago when I started to lose weight. I was in skimpy outfits all the time on telly, and the camera also adds weight to you, so I thought I’d do something.
"I started to do a bit of exercise, which I hadn’t done for years. You get a bit older and weight is harder to lose. Then I cut the Coca-Cola out and started to notice the difference and then just decided to keep it up."
