GMB weather girl Lucy Verasamy sets pulses racing in skintight ribbed sweater

GMB weather expert Lucy Verasamy was a picture of elegance as she presented Tuesday evening’s weather report, working a chic blue and white ensemble.

As she predicted temperatures in the mid-teens up and down the country, the 40-year-old ITV star oozed sophistication in a blue ribbed sweater.

Lucy paired the powder blue top with some high-waisted white trousers, complete with double-breasted black buttons across the midriff.

Her brunette locks were worn down, parted to one side, and teased into gentle waves as the layers fell to her shoulders.

By way of makeup, Lucy kept it simple with subtle contouring, lashings of mascara, and a timeless nude lip.

The British weather forecaster has been a familiar face on ITV for the past decade, presenting meteorology segments on ITV news and GMB each week.

In an exciting career move, back in January Lucy announced she would be co-hosting a travel show with This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield.

The two shared behind-the-scenes shots from the production, which was due to air in the spring.

Titled How To Spend It Well On Holiday, the series was set to be a spin-off from Phillip's annual series How To Spend It Well At Christmas.

Wearing a crisp white blouse, Lucy opted for a classic look while Phil dressed up in a pressed navy linen shirt.

Both smiling at the camera, the two looked thrilled to work on a TV project together, though kept the details of the series to themselves.

Refusing to give away further information about the project, Lucy wrote: "Fun Friday filming in the weather studio with @schofe : all will be revealed in the spring."

Unfortunately, once the coronvarus pandemic took hold in the springtime, the project was suspended until further notice.
