Little Mix's Jade Thirlwall and boyfriend Jordan Stephens mark one year anniversary after she 'slid into his DMs'

LITTLE Mix's Jade Thirlwall revealed she made the first move on boyfriend Jordan Stephens as they celebrate one year together.

The loved-up 28-year-old singer shared an adorable selfie of Jordan kissing her head with the London skyline behind them, one year after she first messaged him.

In the cute pic, the Little Mix superstar pouts up towards the camera and drops the bombshell she approached Jordan first.

"1 year since I slid in the DMs," Jade simply captioned the post.

Jade confirmed her romance with Jordan Stephens in the autumn of 2020.

Jordan is a musician from the band Rizzle Kicks and hosts the podcast Whole Truth.

They started dating in May and were spotted in public for the first time at a Black Trans Lives Matter rally in London.

They have also been spotted holidaying in Venice in August 2020.

In a new interview, the Rizzle Kicks singer said Jade was so good in bed they both passed out after a romp.

Jordan explained: “I had sex with my girlfriend but it was so fantastic that we just both passed out and then came back around like 25 minutes later.

“I remember being like, ‘I don’t think that has ever happened to me before’. It was really cool.”

Speaking on the Cuddle Club podcast with Lou Sanders, Jordan added: “My girlfriend has got three differ-ent kinds of smiles and there’s this one where, I don’t know how to explain it, you can just tell it’s a pure reflection of how she’s feeling in that moment.

“When we are both mucking about and she just busts out this smile, I think, ‘Oh my God’.

“I just feel full of joy.”

Last year Jade revealed how she first knew Jordan was the one.

And it was all thanks to his role in 2019 film Tucked, where he played a drag queen.

Jade said: “When I first started talking to my boyfriend I discovered he had been in a movie where he played a drag queen and I was like, ‘Right, that’s it. He’s perfect. Sign me up’. A straight man who’s willing to dress in drag and loves being queer and feminine.”
