Love Island Games host revealed for debut spin-off series in Fiji

The debut series of Love Island Games, set in stunning Fiji, is just around the corner and the brand new host of the show has been revealed.

None other than Maya Jama will be presenting the new Love Island spin-off dating show, which will see fan-favourites from across the series, and across the world, battle it out for a second chance at finding their perfect match.

The new show will see the islanders go head to head in brand new challenges, which will certainly leave viewers entertained.

Fans will be pleased to know that the wait won’t be long before they see their favourite show back on screens as the show will debut on Peacock on November 1.

Episodes will be streamed six days a week and will include islanders from the UK, Australia, USA and beyond.

Although it hasn’t yet been confirmed which islanders are taking part, fans have been playing the guessing game and have dubbed islanders including Luca Bish, Davide Sanclimenti and Scott van der Sluis as top contenders.

Fans won't be expecting Kady McDermott to make another appearance as she confirmed to Sam Thompson and Pete Wicks on their Staying Relevant podcast that she was asked to appear on the show, but claimed she “had enough” and was “retired for the year”.

Another ex-islander who won’t be making another appearance is Irish bombshell Maura Higgins, who first appeared on season five of the show. In an interview with, Maura explained that she didn't want to revisit the past and preferred to focus on the future.

She stated: "I can’t see myself ever doing that again, no… I don’t really want to go back in time, I want to look to the future."

Adam Collard, who is currently staring in Celebs Go Dating, was another to decline the chance to join the All Stars edition, sharing that participating in Love Island for a second time took a toll on his energy.

Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, winner of the Love Island 2022 series, shared her thoughts on participating in Love Island All Stars.

Speaking to MailOnline, the former winner said: “No I’m not doing that, no. To me Love Island is a one-time thing and I’ve done that. I’ve had my experience and I loved it and that’s it for me.”

The star also appears to be back together with Love Island ex Davide Sanclimenti, after the pair split in June. Just months later, they are enjoying a lavish getaway to Turkey together to celebrate Ekin's birthday.
