Love Island’s Lucinda Strafford has found herself in quite a predicament as she struggles to choose between Aaron Francis and new boy, Danny Bibby.

The 21-year-old was left single after potential love interest Brad McClelland was dumped from the villa last week.

While she was given the option to walk out with him, she ultimately decided to stay to continue her experience.

But it appears Lucinda has got a bit more than she bargained for as she found herself in the centre of a scrap for her attention on Sunday night’s show after Danny picked her in the latest recoupling.

Just hours later, Aaron made a play for her as well, deliberately making a move on her in front of his love rival in order to spur a reaction – and it worked.

Despite only having been in the villa for 24 hours, Danny branded Aaron a "snake" for attempting to try it on with Lucinda, who was technically now "his" other half.

Danny later pulled Aaron for a chat to tell him there was a "time and a place" for his behaviour.

Danny said: "Do you not think I need a bit of respect? I've not even been here 24 hours.

"I know you've got to do what you have to do but f*** me man.

"You don't have any loyalties to me but I deserve some respect."

He was also seen warning Lucinda "not to make a mug out of him".

As a result, Lucinda now has to make a decision between the two men – and admitted that she found herself more drawn to Danny, despite the fact she thinks Aaron would most likely be the better boyfriend.

While all this was happening, it seems that Brad, who is now back in the UK, hasn’t quite given up on the idea of a romance between them.

Speaking to Laura Whitmore on Love Island chat show, Aftersun, Brad explained that he felt that there was something "unfinished" between them.

He also admitted as he left that he was disappointed that she didn’t decide to leave with him, stating: “On the night, it was one of them situations where, I didn’t want her to leave [with me]. The way we had a connection, it would be really nice to take what we had and continue it on the outside.

"I woke up this morning and I wish we had left together. I want to see where that could have went.”

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
