Skins star Megan Prescott performing as a stripper at ‘virtual strip club’ 11 years after leaving show

SKINS star Megan Prescott has revealed she will be performing as a stripper at ‘virtual strip club’ – 11 years after leaving the hit show.

The actress, along with her twin sister Kathryn, rose to fame playing twins Katie and Emily Fitch on series three and four of the E4 drama.

But since leaving the show in 2010, Megan has moved away from acting.

Today she revealed how she would be taking part in a virtual strip show, which according to Cybertease's Twitter, includes the option of a "private dance".

Taking to Twitter, Megan wrote: "I'll be performing at @Cybertease_ ‘s reunion/birthday show this Thursday night! Make sure you get tickets before they sell out!."

Cybertease shared this tweet to promote the show: "To celebrate our one year anniversary we’re inviting back all these beautiful guest performers to re-titilate you all at our seductive socialist stripathon which is also our 20th show!

"We have 30+ dancers, group tipping & a new premium private dance option!"

In 2016 Megan set her sights on becoming a bodybuilder and competed in a UK Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation Bikini-Fitness event.

But she hasn't given up acting completely and since Skins came to an end has had parts in TV series Silent Witness and Holby City.

Meanwhile, twin sister Kathryn has continued to be an actress full time.

One of her big roles was appearing alongside Keanu Reeves and Lily Collins in the 2017 Netflix drama To the Bone, about a young woman’s struggle with anorexia.

In it she played a recovering bulimic in a rehab facility.

Kathryn also starred in MTV series Finding Carter and had a recurring role in 24: Legacy, which was a reboot of the 24 franchise.

After leaving Skins back in 2010, Kathryn told The Sun at the time that her and Megan probably wouldn't be acting together again.

She revealed: “It is trying working with Megan because it’s very full on.

“We’re not very close twins – we went to separate schools and never wanted to do the twin thing in our careers, but Skins was too good an opportunity to miss.”

But it looks like the twins are closer than ever and can be found sharing photos of themselves together on Instagram.
