Teen Mom star Nikkole Paulun sobs in heartbreaking new footage just one after her miscarriage with husband Kyle

TEEN Mom star Nikkole Paulun sobbed in heartbreaking new footage just one year after her miscarriage with her husband, Kyle Ledda.

The reality star wecolmed her third child, son Bodhi, and first with Kyle, just last month.

Nikkole took to Instagram to share the emotional video, which kicks off with her crying before viewers are taken on a short journey of the MTV star's pregnancy.

At one point, Nikkole shows off her pregnancy test and then her ultrasound photo, before displaying personal texts with Kyle.

"There's no heartbeat Ky," the star texted Kyle, as he responded, "I'm on my way."

Nikkole is then seen at the hospital, as she wrote over it: "I'm not ready to say goodbye but I know this is what I have to do."

Another shot has a masked Kyle holding Nikkole's hand, as she called him the "most supportive man ever."

Nikkole captioned the entire post: "You’ll always be my favorite what if…" and added the hashtags "miscarriage awareness."

People were nothing but supportive in the comments section, as one wrote: "Sorry about your loss."

Another added: "It’s the hardest thing to accept in the world mamma," while one chimed in, "I'm so glad y'all got your rainbow baby."

The 27-year-old announced the birth of her son in an Instagram post back in July, as she shared a snap of herself and Kyle admiring the little one in the hospital.

She wrote: "Baby boy is here! After 14 hours of labor we welcomed our sweet rainbow babe last night!

"We’ve been just resting & soaking him all in. Thank you all so much for the prayers & congratulations. He’s perfect!"

Nikkole also has two older kids – in 2015, she welcomed Ellie Jade with her ex-boyfriend Ryan Rice, and four years later gave birth to son Lyle with troubled ex Josh Drummonds.

The TV star has been quite open about her third pregnancy, sharing various photos and videos about how she has been feeling after giving birth.

Previously, she received some backlash for sharing a breastfeeding photo on social media.

In the image, the TV personality stood nursing her newborn in only a pair of white underwear as she showed off some underboob.

However, she would hit back at the trolls, writing: "If seeing a woman breastfeed makes you uncomfortable that's a YOU problem.

"I think it's important to share breastfeeding photos, breastfeed in public, and breastfeed in front of your children."

She added: "It's one of the most natural things in the world yet we've created taboo around it. You wouldn't say this to a bottle-feeding mother so why say it to me?"

The mother of three also recently said she "can't wait" for her little ones to "go back to school."

Nikkole explained: "Now that the baby is here I don't leave the house so they're stuck here with me all day every day."
