This Morning fans left swooning as hunky soundman steals show during forest news

This Morning fans' eyes were definitely wandering on Wednesday morning's show, after they observed a very hot soundman while working.

Soundman Sam made a very quick appearance on the popular daytime show, something that hasn't happened much previously before.

But despite the quick flash of the hunky lad, some This Morning viewers certainly made sure they aired their thoughts regarding the good looking chap.

Taking to Twitter, one spectator said: "I want to see more of Sam the soundman!" Followed by a laughing emoji.

Another viewer chimed: "Ooh hello Sam."

While a third wrote: "Sam the sound man," followed by a meme of actor Leonardo DiCaprio biting his fist.

Sam was working in the brand new This Morning forest that was recently purchased by the programme to help protect wildlife and nature.

Earlier on in the show, presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby geared up viewers for their "exciting" forest announcement.

Holly said excitedly: "We have bought a forest!"

Phil added: "Well the show, not us!"

Holly replied: "Yeah not just us."

But although the news was joyous, viewers were left rather deflated when they finally discovered what the surprise was.

Taking to Twitter, viewers aired their thoughts on the announcement of the brand new This Morning forest.

One fan questioned: "And what's the exciting news you promised?"

Another unimpressed viewer said: "So they bought a forest instead of building houses for people to live in."

"That was the exciting announcement." A third confused fan penned.

While a fourth chimed: "A forest. A f*****g forest."

The presenters also declared that later on in the month they will present the ITV daytime show from the forest which is currently in a top-secret location.

This Morning's Julia Bradbury was the first presenter to host from luxurious grounds and gave fans a tour around the woodlands.

Julia said: "So this is it, this is the This Morning forest as Holly and Phil said. It's been bought forever to protect nature and to love and like Holly and Phil said the whole team are going to be here!"

This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV.
