Tipping Point viewers spot something very strange about ITV studio in latest episode | The Sun
TIPPING Point viewers spotted something very strange about the ITV studio in the latest episode.
Ben Shephard was once again in charge of the questions, with four members of the public joining him to try and win as many counters from the machine as possible.
Leam, Issy, Sara and Martyn had a podium each, but it was the way they were set up that caught Tipping Point viewers' attention.
While the podiums are usually side by side in a line, on Tuesdays show, they were set up with two at the front and two set further back.
It meant one thing to viewers, with one writing on Twitter: "Tipping Point works its way through the repeats. We're on the COVID episodes now.
"Might see the plastic screens on The Chase later."

Another added: "One of those weird four contestant socially distancing COVID episodes of Tipping Point."
A third tweeted: "Covid-19 episode of Tipping Point. Repeat."
However another didn't immediately make the connection as to why the contestants were more spaced out and asked: "What's going on with the layout?"
Someone else replied: "Covid episode".

The episode in question first aired in May 2021, in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic, hence the need for more socially distanced platforms.
Another clue that it was a repeated episode was the fact there were four contestants.
While the show originally had that many players, in April 2022 the number was reduced down to three, and round two was increased to 45 seconds.
Tipping Point airs weekdays from 4pm on ITV1.
