Married At First Sight UK is back for a sixth season on E4 and the couples are just starting to get to know each other. A total of 16 singletons were matched by a panel of relationship experts and they met each other for the first time on their wedding days. Fans of the show are keen to know more about the venues featured in the 2021 season.
What wedding venues feature in Married At First Sight UK 2021?
Now that the weddings are over, the drama level is expected to intensify as the couples spend more time together.
Following each of their big days, the couples went back to their luxury hotel room to spend their first night as newlyweds.
They have since been jetting off on their honeymoons, where they have come to learn about each other’s quirks.
On their return, they will be introduced to each other’s families and will spend time living together.
At the end of the experiment, they will return to another stunning venue to renew their vows.
The couples usually tie the knot at Eastwell Manor in Kent.
The beautiful building is set within 3,000 acres of land and it dates back to the 1500s.
Members of the public visit the manor regularly as it doubles up as a hotel and spa.
Prices range from £163 and this is for a double room for one night.
Many people have booked the venue for their big day and it comes at a cost of around £11,950.
This is the usual starting price for a summer wedding, so the prices will vary depending on the time of year.
The couples have previously exchanged vows in various locations around the site, including the Rose Garden Room, The Maid’s Garden and the Bishop of Bayeux Suite.
This year’s locations also included North Mymms Park and the romantic walled garden at Castle Ashby, in Northamptonshire.
British Radiator Manufacturer Stelrad worked out how much each of the couple’s weddings would cost.
For Luke and Morag’s wedding, the drinks and wedding breakfast were served by Kingfisher Catering.
Their lowest cost wedding catering option is £20 per head, meaning for 40 guests it would cost around £800.
North Mymms Park costs £8,500 to hire exclusively and the price includes tables and chairs and a pavilion for the evening reception.
Over at Ashridge House, the venue hire of £19,500 includes a 100 person wedding breakfast.
Wedding cake designers in the area can pull something beautiful together for around £250.
A wedding photographer is likely to set couples back about £1,900 for the day.
According to Stelrad, Castle Ashby is not hosting weddings right now but they hope to soon.
The next episode sees the remaining couples go on their honeymoons and Franky and Marilyse come across trouble.
With Franky living in Dubai, she was worried about giving her heart to him due to the long distance.
Meanwhile, Amy and Josh start to realise they may be a lot more different than they first imagined.
The next phase will see the couples move in together and the first of the dinner parties will take place.
Married At First Sight UK airs from Monday to Thursday at 9pm on E4.
