Aurora police arrest Jerome Deshun Johnson in January homicide case
Aurora police made an arrest Friday in a Jan. 22 homicide case. Jerome Deshun Johnson, 34, was apprehended under the suspicion of first-degree murder.
According to police, officers responded to North Beeler Street and East Colfax Avenue where there were multiple reports of shots fired. Police found an adult male inside a vehicle with a gunshot wound. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 17th Judicial District is prosecuting the homicide case. Anyone with information about this case can call Denver Metro Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867) where tips are anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
