Charles wants Harry ‘back in family’ but plans leave Duke and Duchess ‘furious’
King Charles wants Prince Harry "back in the family" – but his plans are unlikely to be welcomed by the prince, according to a royal expert.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expected to be invited to Charles' coronation this Spring as the King hopes to extend an olive branch to his younger son and avoid a "PR nightmare".
But according to a report by the Express, the seating plan for the lavish do on May 6 is expected to leave Harry and Meghan Markle frustrated as "precedence" is given to the Prince and Princess of Wales and their brood.

Royal historian Cindy McCreery told the Daily Express: "The focus will be on the vertical line of succession.
"Precedence will be given to [Prince] William, Kate [Middleton], George and his siblings."
The news will undoubtedly come as a blow to the Duke and Duchess, who experts believe may be seated with Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice at the ceremony.
Harry has repeatedly expressed his frustration at being Charles' "spare" son, even naming his recent memoir after his role in the line of succession behind William, despite protestations that he wants his father and brother "back".
The prince even called his big brother his "arch-nemesis" in the best-selling book, released amid a flurry of controversy earlier this year.
Prince Harry and William's relationship is 'utterly f***ed', admit royal's close pals
Speaking to Good Morning America's Michael Strahan in the run-up to the autobiography's publication, Harry said: "There has always been this competition between us, weirdly. I think it really plays into, or always played by, the 'heir/spare.'"
And following the revelations, William is reportedly less than keen to repair his broken bond with his brother, even as their father's coronation looms.
Royal expert Dan Wooton said the heir to the throne is "catatonic" with rage and "adamant" about never speaking to his brother again.
"According to my royal sources, the Prince of Wales still cannot fathom the vicious intent behind his brother’s book, which he believes marks the end of their relationship forever," Wooton wrote.

"Sure, time heals all wounds but at this moment in time courtiers believe William is adamant he will never speak to his sibling again."
Harry and Meghan are also reportedly under strict instructions not to speak about anything controversial during the historic occasion, with conversation topics strictly limited to the weather.
"A source close to the Royal Family says that Harry and Meghan should be prepared to talk to senior royals about nothing but the weather, which we can all understand," royal expert Kinsey Schofield said during a GB News appearance.
"Those two can’t keep their mouths shut. Loose lips sink ships."
