Police launch urgent appeal to find two missing 12-year-old schoolgirls who vanished yesterday

  • Kyra and Gracie last seen together at 3pm in Downton near Salisbury

Police have launched an urgent appeal to find two 12-year-old girls who have gone missing.

Kyra and Gracie were last seen together at approximately 3pm on Monday, March 27 on Breamore Road, Downton near Salisbury.

Salisbury Police said in a Facebook post that it is believed Gracie is wearing a black jacket, black leggings and black Nike trainers. 

Kyra is believed to be wearing school uniform with a white puffa coat and has blonde hair which is believed to be in bunches.

Salisbury Police have asked memebers of the members of the public to contact them on 101 or 999 in an emergency with any information regarding the two girl’ whereabouts

A police spokesperson said: ‘Enquiries are currently ongoing to locate the two girls and we would urge anyone with information regarding their whereabouts to contact police immediately.

‘We’d also appeal to Kyra and Gracie directly – if you read this, please know that you are not in trouble, however, your family, friends and police are worried about you.

‘Please get in touch with your family as soon as possible or come to a police station.’
