It\u2019s not the same as anxiety and <span>depression<\/span>, though you might be feeling the same symptoms.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt my surprise 40th birthday two months later, I kept disappearing and breaking down the whole night because I\u2019d lost my brother.
