eventually leading police to a mobile home in Waverly, central Florida.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/29\/15\/74836667-12456953-image-a-23_1693320044446.jpg\" height=\"845\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Brandy Hutchins, 43 (pictured), is believed to have killed her son Aiden Hutchins, 10, and daughter Hannah Griner, 19, inside a trailer in the tiny town of Waverly on Sunday, shortly after losing custody of the boy to her ex-husband\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/29\/16\/74836681-12456953-Aiden_s_heartbroken_father_who_is_named_on_Facebook_as_Nick_Hutc-m-37_1693324379883.jpg\" height=\"707\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Aiden&#8217;s heartbroken father, who is named on Facebook as Nick Hutchins, pleaded for help finding his son at the weekend, and posted photographs of them together (pictured) after learning of his death<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/29\/16\/74839421-12456953-image-m-36_1693324002644.jpg\" height=\"933\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Hannah Griner, 19, was named by her devastated boyfriend Dylan Kirk on Facebook, who paid tribute to her as his &#8216;soul mate&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Cops found Hutchins and her two children dead at around 12.30pm on Sunday in what Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd described as a &#8216;horrific&#8217; tragedy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Judd said the case is even more shocking because Hutchins had &#8216;no criminal history&#8217; and there was &#8216;no indication&#8217; she had any inclination towards violence.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I cannot imagine a more horrific set of circumstances,&#8217; he said.\u00a0&#8216;My heart breaks for all of the family.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;We&#8217;re devastated for this beautiful 10-year-old child, all because mom did not want to turn the child over to the rightful father pursuant to a court order.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;What&#8217;s interesting about this is that she has no criminal history, she has no history of Baker Acts, there is no indication there should be any violence &#8211; but it was violent.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;We deal with hundreds of thousands of court orders, and for one to turn out like this is just almost never &#8211; but &#8220;never&#8221; occurred today.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sheriff Judd said the tragedy stemmed from &#8216;a domestic event whereby an ex husband and an ex wife were dealing with child custody&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;To get to the bottom line, this last Thursday the ex husband had come down from Maine to appear in court with his ex wife because she had not appropriately turned over custody of their 10-year-old beautiful little boy,&#8217; he said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The judge listened to the arguments and directed her to turn over the child at this district station by Friday afternoon at 6 o&#8217;clock.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Well Friday afternoon at 6 o&#8217;clock came and went, and the child was not turned over pursuant to the judge&#8217;s order.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;At this point in time there was absolutely zero evidence in the court order or testimony that there was any violence or threat of violence or danger.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/29\/15\/74836671-12456953-image-a-25_1693320076983.jpg\" height=\"681\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Police were called to a mobile home in the tiny town of Waverly, central Florida, at around 12.30pm on Sunday where they found Hutchins (pictured) and her two children dead<\/p>\n<p>He said detectives worked through the weekend to try to locate the boy so they could turn him over to his father.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;We pinged phones, we looked for the child,&#8217; he said. &#8216;The friends also did some social media. They said &#8220;hey, if you&#8217;ve seen the child let us know&#8221;.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Sheriff Judd said there is &#8216;a lot of investigation to still occur&#8217; and detectives have not yet identified a trigger point or motive for the suspected murder-suicide.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>They were unable to give the exact address of the incident due to Florida laws.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Aiden&#8217;s heartbroken father, named on Facebook as Nick Hutchins, pleaded for help finding his son at the weekend, and posted photographs of them together after learning of his death.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this to give everyone an update about my son Aiden Hutchins who was missing and taken by his mother on August 25 2023 who decided to murder him.. he was killed by her today August 27 2023,&#8217; he said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;He will forever be in my heart and did not deserve this. Rest in peace my sweet boy I will see you again.
