Janet Street-Porter has opened up about not letting her Loose Women co-star Linda Robson into her house, which left the panel speechless.

“Now I will not have people round my house,” Janet explained on Monday’s instalment of Loose Women. “Linda Robson turned up at my house unannounced two years ago, shouted through the letterbox and I told her where to go.”

Her co-stars were left open-mouthed following Janet’s harsh admission before host Christine Lampard asked: “Did you not even open the door?”

Janet continued: “No, I opened the letterbox and said…’Off’ because it was Halloween.”

She added: “And also, I didn’t want her photographing my house and having a good laugh about it.”
