as she stepped out to celebrate 30 years of parents support group Home-Start operating in the country.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The stylish monarch accessorised her fitted Dolce and Gabbana dress with a brooch made up of black stones, as well as black patent court shoes and a petite leather handbag.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Attending Thursday&#8217;s event in Culemborg, which is in the centre of the Netherlands, Queen M\u00e1xima, 52, was dressed for the autumn air in a navy broad-brimmed velvet hat and smart leather gloves.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>With a radiant complexion and wide smile, the mother-of-three kept her make-up simple and wore no jewellery apart from a pair of refined silver earrings.<\/p>\n<p>As she arrived at the event, the Queen was greeted by two children who welcomed her with a bunch of colourful flowers and a drawing.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Queen\u00a0M\u00e1xima of the Netherlands attended an event to celebrate 30 years of parents support group Home-Start operating in the Netherlands this morning\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Queen previously wore the dress with her blond hair loose to attend Buzinezz Forum in Utrecht in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of Thursday&#8217;s visit was to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Home-Start Netherlands, a volunteer organisation which offers different kinds of support to parents with young children.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As a forum to recognise the achievements of Home-Start Netherlands over the past three decades, as well as the organisation&#8217;s plans for the future, the event saw parents and volunteers open up about their experiences.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Queen was due to meet those who have worked with the organisation as volunteers and the parents who have benefitted from Home-Start&#8217;s countrywide schemes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>She was also expecting to hear from the group&#8217;s coordinators and receive an update about the positive effects of the educational programme.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday Queen M\u00e1xima\u00a0ditched her usual colourful attire as she hosted ten people atthe Noordeinde Palace in the Hague.<\/p>\n<p>Joined by her husband King Willem-Alexander, Maxima welcomed members of the public who had previously penned letters to either the King or Queen.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, an in-depth discussion about the letters took place, with themes ranging from solidarity to social security, housing, and climate.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" acknowledge and listen to people&#8217;s concerns and discuss prospects to strengthen society.<\/p>\n<p>Maxima appeared focused as she listened to the concerns of the Dutch public while sitting in the grand red board room.<\/p>\n<p>The royal couple put on a cheerful display while smiling for a group photograph with the attendees.<\/p>\n<p>To mark the occasion, the royal house wrote: &#8216;His Majesty the King and Her Majesty Queen M\u00e1xima will receive a dozen Dutch people at Noordeinde Palace on Wednesday, November 1, for an in-depth discussion about the letters they previously wrote to the King or Queen M\u00e1xima.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The members of the Royal House receive more than ten thousand letters every year.
