a reference to the Hillsborough disaster.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/3a4e8750-09c9-457b-9505-57781dba9609.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>But while the FA and Premier League united in a pre-season drive to root out offensive chants, that did not include punishing clubs for the behaviour of their fans.<\/p>\n<p>While Wembley accepts the chants are offensive and do not want them to continue, they are not deemed \u201cdiscriminatory\u201d in law &#8211;
