In a video, which has gained more than 5,200 likes, she decided to swap out the English breakfast muffin for a pair of hash browns. <\/p>\n<p>Despite being an expert on healthy eating, Bec said that the creation, which she is calling a Bacon and Egg McHashbrown, is &quot;worth trying&quot;. She explained: &quot;Last night I had a dream.
