Jacqueline Jossa steps back into the shoes of Lauren Branning in the first two pictures from her dramatic EastEnders return.<\/p>\n

Having spent some time abroad, the Walford favourite is seen being handcuffed by airport police after a sniffer dog discovered a substance in her luggage. Penny Branning and Lauren's young son Louis Beale are in tow, but what must they be thinking?<\/p>\n

These comeback scenes will air on BBC One later this year.<\/p>\n

Commenting on Jacqueline's upcoming reprisal of her most famous character, a source recently told OK! <\/b>that it threatens to put yet another strain on her marriage to Dan Osborne. <\/p>\n

"Since Jac left EastEnders, she and Dan have lived in their own bubble and have been able to spend lots of time together with their children," the source began. "Her return to the show could make or break this situation, with her working many more hours. Jac feels it\u2019s the right time to go back to work, but like any working mother, she knows it\u2019ll be tough. <\/p>\n

"They are a strong couple and although they\u2019ve had their ups and downs, they\u2019ve always come out the other side and stick together no matter what. <\/p>\n

"Dan knows the moment she\u2019s back on TV she\u2019ll start being invited out to events alone and it puts her back out there, separate from him. She\u2019ll be back out in the spotlight, going to events and being in demand, and Dan\u2019s got to be able to handle that."<\/p>\n

While our source exclusively suggested the couple are now the strongest they\u2019ve ever been, it's a worry that the soap industry's infamously gruelling production schedule could cause issues at home for Jacqueline and Dan, 32.<\/p>\n

"I think they\u2019ve done really well coming back from the scandals and building a family brand, and they\u2019re a lot stronger now. They\u2019ve been in a bit of a bubble recently. When they\u2019ve been doing their In The Style campaigns, it\u2019s just them \u2013 they\u2019re not really out in public as it\u2019s all done on social media. But when you\u2019re acting and having to attend events \u2013 and EastEnders will want her to do all that because she\u2019s got such a high profile \u2013 you\u2019re not in that bubble any more," they explained.<\/p>\n

Jacqueline originally told The Sun on Sunday when her comeback was announced: "I'm really excited. It\u2019s such an amazing time to be back as there is so much buzz around EastEnders at the moment. I\u2019ve been watching and loving it like a fan. Walford holds a special place in my heart, so it really does feel like coming home."<\/p>\n

As for Dan's interest in his wife's work, this is what he said to The Mirror: "For a long time, she was worried Lauren was going to get written back into it, but now she is excited to go back. The time is right now for her so it's good."<\/span><\/p>\n

When the time comes he won't be watching, though, as he admitted: <\/span>"To be honest, I don't watch much on TV, if anything it'll be Netflix or something like that. But, I'm sure the girls will watch bits."<\/p>\n
