DEREK CHISORA has rowed back on his previous claim that Tyson Fury will beat Oleksandr Usyk.<\/p>\n

Fury, 35, and Usyk, 36, will face off in Saudi Arabia on February 17 as they bid to become the first undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis in 1999.<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

Chisora, 39, has shared the ring with both men – losing to Fury in 2011 and 2014, before Usyk beat him in 2020.<\/p>\n

He then faced Fury for a third time last year and was stopped in the 10th round.<\/p>\n

When asked in the past about a Fury-Usyk clash, he said: "Tyson [to win]. He\u2019s the bigger guy, longer reach. Just Tyson.<\/p>\n

"This is like a man taking candy out a baby\u2019s hand bro. Tyson\u2019s gonna win. He\u2019s gonna walk through that guy. That\u2019s it."<\/p>\n

But now, following Fury's thoroughly unconvincing win over Francis Ngannou last month, Chisora is unsure.<\/p>\n

Speaking to iFL TV, he said: "I don\u2019t know. I was with Usyk this afternoon because we love the same Russian sauna so we were together.<\/p>\n

"It\u2019s a short camp for both fighters. By the time they get into the rhythm and try and get everything right its going to be hard, there\u2019s going to be injuries.<\/p>\n

"There\u2019s already signs, they already postponed it. Both men will train hard, so who knows man. It\u2019s hard to call."<\/p>\n

He went on to add: "Tyson has to gee himself up now. His last fight was not a good fight man but he won, he won that fight, simple.<\/p>\n

"I said he was going to get knocked down and come back and win the fight. I think that burst some of his bubble.<\/p>\n

"Sometimes you can have a bad day but in boxing, you can\u2019t have a bad day and win the fight."<\/p>\n

Fury will get a hefty payday from the fight as he is set to earn \u00a350million.<\/p>\n

However, there is also a clause in the deal for a rematch which would see The Gypsy King pocket\u00a0another\u00a0\u00a350m.<\/p>\n

Usyk goes into the fight undefeated having won all 21 of his pro fights.<\/p>\n

Fury also boasts an unbeaten record from 34 bouts, but has one draw which came against\u00a0Deontay Wilder\u00a0in 2018.<\/p>\n
