<\/p>\nA MAN has shared the expensive gift he got for his wife after the birth of their fourth child.<\/p>\n

In one video, he shared a video of his wife unconscious on a hospital bed.<\/p>\n
"She got the best push present after four kids", the father said in the video, which has a caption reading "Fellas, get your girl theirs".<\/p>\n
A push present is a gift given to a woman by their partner to thank them for going through pregnancy and childbirth.<\/p>\n
In the next<\/span> clip, the man's wife can be seen in a hospital<\/span> gown and using a walking aid as she struggles to hobble across the floor.<\/p>\n "You're welcome for your BBL", Junior, whose TikTok<\/span> username is @theeblingkingofficial said.<\/p>\n A Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is a painful surgery where fat is taken from the stomach, lips, lower back, or thighs and transferred to the buttocks.<\/p>\n This results in an hourglass figure and a larger bum.<\/p>\n The surgery, which can cost up to \u00a38,000, is incredibly dangerous and has in some cases led to death.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n In a follow up video, Junior posted a clip of his wife unconscious in a hospital bed as he tries to prod her awake.<\/p>\n "Trying to wake her up after BBL surgery", the video's caption reads.<\/p>\n "Baby your surgery is done", Junior tells his wife, who is visibly in a lot of pain.<\/p>\n As well as the BBL, Junior also revealed in a reply to one of the video's comments, that he paid for his wife to have a tummy tuck.<\/p>\n In another video, the dad of four revealed that he also got himself a BBL and a tummy tuck.<\/p>\n "If mommies can get a tummy tuck, so can daddies", the video's caption read.<\/p>\n TikTok users have been left divided over the expensive push present.<\/p>\n Some users praised Junior for his generosity.<\/p>\n One said: "I love this for her!!!!! You\u2019re amazing"<\/p>\n Another said: "Love that you are sharing all the blessings."<\/p>\n However, some users weren't convinced by the surgery.<\/p>\n One said: "Risking your life for a better body and months of painful recovery I wouldn\u2019t say is the best push present\u2026 but to each their own I guess.
