She often talks about her love of food, as well as steering clear from some options.<\/p>\n

Grace Dent found fame being a food critic and often appearing on MasterChef.<\/p>\n
She has become a household name for her opinions on food as well as appearing on other programmes.<\/p>\n
Most recently, she starred on the 2023 series of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! but her stint was cut short.<\/p>\n
Grace has spoken about her eating habits before, describing herself as a "Flexitarian".<\/p>\n
She hasn't fully committed to being a vegan full time but she says she eats mainly a began diet.<\/p>\n In her Guardian column, she wrote: "In my game, as a restaurant critic, it would be more acceptable to come clean as a roaring alcoholic, a snob or a tax<\/span> evader than reveal my actual clandestine secret. <\/p>\n "But here goes: my name is Grace Dent and I eat mainly vegan.<\/p>\n "By that I mean the guts of my diet are plants and veg. I\u2019m perpetually throwing back handfuls of nuts and seeds. A bit like a giant hamster, possibly, but with a better bra and lipstick. <\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n "I say \u201cmainly\u201d as there are caveats and slip-ups. \u201cPlant-based\u201d is closer. \u201cFlexitarian\u201d is a word people use for me (as well as much ruder things when I appear in their restaurant, I\u2019m sure)."<\/p>\n Grace is said to have quit I'm A Celeb on "medical grounds".<\/p>\n A spokesperson for ITV explained: "Unfortunately Grace Dent has left the show on medical grounds.<\/p>\n "She has been a great campmate and will be missed by her fellow celebrities and viewers alike."<\/p>\n Her exit came after Grace had told other campmates that she was ready to go home.<\/p>\n She told This Morning's Josie Gibson: "I\u2019ve had enough.
