I’m 22 and live the life of a granny – I spend my days cooking for my husband but people mistake me for his child | The Sun
A 22-YEAR-OLD housewife, who describes herself as submissive to her husband, has hit back at trolls that call her a “granny”.
Aria Lewis believes that life as a homemaker is her calling, and has been since she married her husband four years ago.
Aria got hitched when she was aged 18 and her husband was 24 – an age gap which has prompted people to assume she is his daughter.
The stay-at-home wife claims that her husband “tirelessly provides” for her, which is why she is happy to dedicate her life to submission – including making all of his meals, cleaning their home and gardening.
Aria openly “submits” to her husband, and claims to do so by “letting him take the lead”, not “nagging” him and listening to all of his opinions.
Trolls have told her that she has the “vibe of a 60-year-old”, which Aria happily embraces as a “trad wife”.

Before getting married, Aria says she was working a 9-5 as a wedding photographer.
“Sometimes, working is the best decision for your family, and sometimes staying home is the best decision,” she said on TikTok.
“You and your husband have to make that decision yourselves.
“But for goodness sakes, I cannot tell you the number of people who think I'm immature for staying home and running my side hustles homesteading, tending to my home and healing my body for pregnancy.”

The couple do not have any children but are hoping to in the foreseeable future.
They are very religious and did not kiss until their wedding day. However, they had only been ‘dating’ for two months prior to the wedding.
Aria grew up in North Carolina, a Christian state of the US.
She says her husband lived 1,000 miles away but was acquainted with her dad, which is how he proposed.
Despite dedicating her life to being a housewife, Aria revealed that she’s bad at cleaning.
“I don't love cleaning,” she said. “I don't even like cleaning, actually… I'm honestly really bad at it and it's something I've always struggled with.
“Well then, if life as a homemaker is mostly cleaning and cooking, why am I doing it?
“The answer is that I love being a homemaker. I love that I’m the one who gets to serve my husband and future family this way.
