Intermittent fasting
As reported previously in The Sun, experts have found that limiting meals to a specific time period each day could help you to lose weight.
According to Bupa, "intermittent fasting (IF) is when you go for extended periods of time without eating. This is followed by a period of eating normally".
There are different forms of intermittent fasting, some of which are more extreme than others – so it is advisable to do your research, and speak to your GP or another healthcare professional before undertaking any diet to lose weight, especially if you have significant weight to lose or other health issues.

Weight training
As previously reported by Fabulous, experts have found that weight training turns fat into muscle.
PT and podcaster Laura Hoggins told The Sun: “Strength training gives you a higher percentage of lean muscle mass.
"You can focus your strength training on working specific muscle groups to create a physical definition over time.
"Combining cardio (anything that elevates the heart rate) and weights/resistance training helps to support a strong, fit and healthy body alongside the correct nutrition for your lifestyle and your goals."
High protein diet
As previously reported by Fabulous, protein is one of three different kinds of macronutrients that is essential for building muscle mass.
Protein is found mostly in animal products although it can also be found in nuts, legumes, beans, peas, eggs, processed soy products and seeds.
Protein is a great way to help stay healthy and remain lean, as it is an important part of a balanced diet, and it helps our bones, hair and nails stay healthy and strong.
Such foods boosts metabolism, meaning you burn calories quicker, which is essential for weight loss.
Supplements and adaptogens
When it comes to supplements, according to the NHS, most people do not need to take vitamin supplements and can get all the vitamins and minerals they need by eating a healthy, balanced diet.
Vitamins and minerals, such as iron, calcium and vitamin C, are essential nutrients that your body needs in small amounts to work properly.
Many people choose to take supplements but taking too much or taking them for too long could be harmful. The Department of Health and Social Care recommends certain supplements for some groups of people who are at risk of deficiency.
When asked what supplements and adaptogens Susie takes, she confirmed: “Vit C,D,K & A, Vit B6 & B12, Magnesium, Calcium, Probiotics, Digestive Enzymes, HCl, Zinc, Shilajit, Turmeric and Omega.
“Adaptogens Black Cohosh, Ginseng, Ashwagandha, Red Clover & Magnolia bark.”
