Ben Foden's wife Jackie pregnant with their second child after three devastating miscarriages | The Sun
BEN Foden's wife Jackie is pregnant with their second child after suffering three devastating miscarriages.
The couple welcomed daughter Farrah three years ago and have told how they're over the moon to be expecting again.
Jackie, 38, who married former rugby ace Ben, also 38, in 2019 after just two weeks of dating, said: "We’re so excited about a second baby."
Opening up about her tragic miscarriages, she added to OK! Magazine: "I kept getting excited about the pregnancies, but nothing stuck.
"It’s hard not to get your hopes up when you really want another baby."
Jackie revealed that she's taking supplements for her progesterone levels and is having her bloods monitored regularly because she has "marginal cord insertion, which means the umbilical cord implanted in the wrong area, and makes the pregnancy higher risk".

She added: "The first pregnancy got to around seven or eight weeks, and the others were much earlier, so that’s why we wanted to wait to make sure everything was OK with this one. Plus, with my age, a lot of things can go wrong."
As well as Farrah, three, Ben also shares Aoife Belle, 11, and eight-year-old Tadgh with ex-wife Una Healy.
In March this year Ben announced his retirement from professional rugby after 18 years.
