Chris Evans is now a married man so what do we know about his wife Alba Baptista?
The couple got married at their Cape Cod home at the weekend with Page Six reporting the wedding was “locked down tight” with guests asked to “sign NDAs and phones were forfeited”.
Among those present at the ceremony were big names like fellow Marvel superheroes Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner and Robert Downey Jr.
In addition, Hollywood actor and director John Krasinski and his actress wife Emily Blunt were also believed to be in attendance.
Little to no other details have been released regarding the wedding itself with the couple attempting to keep it incredibly private.

Who is Chris Evans’ wife Alba Baptista?
Marvel star Chris Evans is married to actress Alba Baptista, 26, who was born in Portugal to Luiz and Elsa, an engineer and a translator respectively.
Much like her mum, Alba is fluent in various languages, able to speak Portuguese, English, Spanish, German and French.
She first started acting when she was a teenager in Portuguese projects such as A Criação, A Impostora and Jogo Duplo.
But it wasn’t until three years ago she made her debut in her first English-language role as Ava in Netflix’s Warrior Nun.

Most recently, Alba had a role in Mrs Harris Goes to Paris and will next appear in the horror movie Amelia’s Children.
She is also set to feature in Borderline which is produced by Margot Robbie’s husband Tom Ackerley and their company LuckyChap Entertainment.
Even though it is unclear when she started dating Chris, it is thought they met while she was filming the second series of Warrior Nun in Europe, as he was shooting The Gray Man in 2021.
Rumours began of them dating earlier that year when they followed one another on Instagram.
But it wasn’t confirmed until late 2022 when they were seen hand-in-hand walking around New York City.
He then confirmed their romance back in January with Evans sharing a plethora of pictures to show how he spent 2022, including loved-up photos with Alba.
It was clear Evans was ready to settle down when he told People: “That’s absolutely something I want: wife, kids, building a family.
“When you read about most of the best artists, whether it’s actors, painters, writers, most of them [admit] it wasn’t the work they made [that they are most proud of], it was about the relationships; the families they created, the love they found, the love they shared.
“So it’s also something through my long 41 years that also rings true.”
