MARRIED At First Sight ‘intruder groom’ Matt Pilmoor used to look very different.
The Yorkshire-based bodybuilder has documented his jaw-dropping body transformation on Instagram.
Matt, 29, often shares a glimpse into his very active lifestyle on social media.
From training videos to gym selfies, the new reality star has candidly shared with his followers what he looked like prior to embarking on his bodybuilding journey.
In the post, an old picture of a youthful Matt is almost unrecognisable.
To compare his transformation, Matt also shared a picture of himself now, where he can be seen posing and showing off his muscles.

The difference is dramatic, displaying Matt's obvious effort in the gym.
He wrote in the caption: "Effort > Everything. Past vs present."
The window cleaner and athlete has previously detailed about his training journey: "This year has been so nice just to ease of the brakes rather than going full steam ahead into another bodybuilding show.
"For the last 5 years I have competed every single year you can end up burning out and in my case not enjoying the process. Since I having a year out from competing I have found so much more motivation.

"Still training very hard in preparation for next year but in terms of life style allowing myself to have fun and enjoy this year."
Single for the last year, Matt has previously been unlucky in love.
But he’s now ready to find the perfect person, and hopes the experts will find the right person for him.
He told producers: “It’s been a tough three or four years. Life’s been up and down like a rollercoaster, I think now is finally my time to be happy, have someone that supports what I do.
“I hope my new wife is down to earth, funny, loving and caring. I won’t walk down the aisle if my wife is very, very fiery.”
With Matt amongst the line-up, Channel 4 bosses recently revealed they would be adding eight more people into the experiment, in a hope that they will shake things up.
