ITV hit with I'm A Celebrity Ofcom complaints as fans rage over Nigel Farage – and Ant and Dec mocking Sunderland | The Sun
ITV has been hit with a barrage of Ofcom complaints following I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here's return.
Fans were left raging over Nigel Farage's participation and a cheeky joke about Sunderland from hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly.
So far, the presenters have made some digs about right-wing politics, which hasn't gone down well with viewers either.
Despite being only three episodes in, 103 fans have vented their frustration to the broadcasting regulator.
Newcastle-natives Ant and Dec took a stance in the Tyne–Wear derby football rivalry, comparing the "barren, hostile" outback to Sunderland, just seconds into the series premiere.
They've also mocked the viewership of conservative news channel GB News, on which Nigel has his own programme, regularly giving shoutouts to "Keith and Linda".
